My name is Rich Granatelli, owner of Modexperts. I have genuinely enjoyed helping people save their homes through loan modification as I am a helpful person. Recently I have found a company which provides a similar service for free. Although I have had success with my business, I can no longer charge anyone for a loan modification. In these tough economic times, I find it prudent that we work together as a community to help each other in whatever way possible.
